Description
On offer is a 3-year contract as a Medical Director, in conjunction with a permanent substantive position as a Staff Specialist (in specialty department applicable to the candidate). A minimum of 40 hrs p/f is required in the Medical Director role (negotiable up to 80 hrs p/f full-time). Additionally, the incumbent can re-apply for subsequent 3 year appointments in the Medical Director position.
What’s on offer?
Pro rata remuneration package (based on full-time equivalent value) up to $522,648 p.a., and Clinical Managers allowance (for 3 years).
Plus, all other applicable allowances/benefits relevant to position. Assistance with relocation expenses may also be available.
Up to $20,000 in incentive payments under the Queensland Health Workforce Attraction Incentive Scheme may be applicable.
