Ocean. Return to the city via Bondi Beach - time to enjoy coffee

Two-hour Walking Tour of Historic Macquarie
Street
This was once Sydney's finest street which was lined with elegant
Regency and Georgian houses. Sad to say there are now only four
houses left, nevertheless the street has an elegance despite the
changes. It is home to the Law, Medicine (RACP), the Parliament,
the Royal Botanic Gardens, the State Library, Sydney's oldest Church
and a fine Barracks that was built to house convicts. On a leisurely
stroll you will hear much about the early days of the Colony of
NSW, the story of Governor Macquarie and visit some of the buildings
mentioned.
Cost per person: $35
Includes: guide, morning tea
Time: 9.30-11.30am

Westin
Hotel Tour
The Hotel opened in September 1999. The building originally was
the General Post Office, which was completed in September 1874 -
the opening occurred 125 years to the day of the first opening.
The GPO is possibly Sydney's finest building and the conversion
to a hotel has been superbly done by heritage architects. On this
tour we explore both the interior and exterior of the building as
the exterior carvings are particularly special and caused a great
scandal in their day. Afternoon tea is served in the grand courtyard
of the Hotel.
Cost per person: $38
Includes: guide, afternoon tea/coffee
Time: 2.00-4.00pm
