Time: 7.00 pm - 8.00 pm
Location: Mezzanine Level in the Federation Ballroom Foyer, Hotel Grand Chancellor

Academic Dress
New Fellows and College Medallists and Prize winners being presented to the President will be expected to wear FRACP, Faculty or Chapter academic dress.

b) HIRE FROM RACP

Australia
The College office in Sydney has a limited supply of academic dress available for hire, for FRACP, FAFPHM, FAFRM, FAFOM, FAChPM and FAChAM.
Fee: $35.00
Booking: All gowns/bonnets must be reserved by completing the Academic Dress Hire Form.
Collection: Meehans Restaurant, Hotel Grand Chancellor, Hobart
Monday 26 May, 2003 between 12 noon and 4.45pm
Return: Immediately following Ceremony.
The College office will make every endeavor to provide gowns for hire on a first come first serve pre-booked basis. Only where additional gowns are available will those who have not pre-booked be able to hire the academic dress.

New Zealand
A very limited supply of gowns/bonnets is available for hire from the
New Zealand office for New Zealand FRACP Fellows.

Faculty Offices
The Faculty Fellows should complete the forms supplied by the Faculty Offices.
Collection and Return is at the same venue as for FRACP academic dress.

c) LOAN

Fellows in your area may have gowns and bonnets available for loan.
Purchased or borrowed gowns/bonnets should be clearly marked so that they are easily identified

Order Of Proceedings
All new Fellows/Medallists attending the Ceremony will receive details regarding the order of proceedings by 16 May 2003. Please ensure that the College office has your current address at all times.

Photography
A photographer will photograph the 'handshake between you and the President' during the Ceremony. The photographer will also be available before and after the Ceremony for individual and family photographs. Details from the photographer will accompany the order of proceedings information.

Reply Form & Academic Dress Hire Form

If you are attending the Annual Scientific Meeting, you should register for the Meeting on the appropriate form. However, if you are a new Fellow or Medal recipient being presented at the 2003 Ceremony, you must register Ceremony and Reception details on the Reply Form ONLY and not on the ASM Registration Form.
