Registration Entitlements

Partner registration:
Plenary and Partner sessions on Monday (Greenaway Memorial Lecture; Is
There Life After Work? Retiring Happy; History of Medicine Lecture). The
Big Breakfast, morning tea and lunch.
Full
registration:
Entry to all conference sessions, Bonus Sunday Session, Big Breakfast,
Farewell Drinks, morning and afternoon teas, lunches, conference satchel,
conference handbook, pocket program, Ceremony and Ceremony Reception.
Day
registration:
All conference sessions for one day, Big Breakfast (if registration for
Monday) morning and afternoon tea, lunch, conference satchel,
conference handbook, pocket program.
Acknowledgement of registration

Written confirmation of registration and accommodation will be sent (email,
where possible) to all conference delegates on receipt of registration
forms and payment. Registration will not be processed unless accompanied
by full payment.
Cancellation Policy

All cancellations of registration fees must be received in writing. Cancellations
received on or before 25 April 2003 will be refunded less an administrative
fee of A$100. No refund of registration fees will be possible if cancellations
are received after 25 April 2003. Substitutions can, however, be made
at any time, then please advise substitutions in writing so we can have
the correct badge at the registration desk.
How
to Register

You can either:
