We are here to provide you with as little or as much support as you require ensuring your meeting, conference or educational program runs smoothly.
Following is a list of services we offer:

Event Management

Dedicated staff to ensure all aspects of your event are planned and organised in a timely and efficient manner to ensure your event or conference runs smoothly.

Administrative Support

In the lead up to your meeting our team will contact you to ensure that all aspects of your meeting are covered off. The time and date are correct, what support you will need on the day, the room layout and any audiovisual equipment you may need. We are always available to assist your guests needs, whether it is answering a query on the phone or photocopying handouts, handling post event evaluations or registering your delegates for events.

Meeting Support

We can arrange meeting support to ensure your meeting runs smoothly. These trained professionals look after the room set up, your catering requirements, and any additional items you may need through out the day.

Catering

There is no need to go offsite when you have a meeting within the RACP venues. We work with specialist independent caterers who prepare tasty seasonal produce to fill you up so you can focus on your job at hand. Click on the links for sample menus;

Technical Support

We can provide Technical support if you need it. It is important to know what is happening within your event or meeting to ensure we can plan the necessary resources to assist you. A full briefing with presenters and what their AV requirements will be on the day will ensure the smooth running of your meeting. Although we can provide the necessary support we do require advance notification of your needs.

Content Producers

This producer is required when you have a video conference when a presentation is required. The Content Producer dictates what the audience and remote audience sees to enhance participation.

Site Producers

This producer is required when you have a multi-point videoconference, their role is to ensure connectivity of participants via proper dialling instructions and the use of a Content Service Provider.

Offsite support

We can provide staff to perform any of the above functions, also include invidulators for exams. Costs for off site events incur higher fees for staff.
