The FRACP Examination

Completion of Basic Training but Unsuccessful at the Examination

If you have completed Basic Training but were unsuccessful at the examination, you have three options in the subsequent year:

  • to continue to register as a trainee of the College and pay a continuation fee; or
  • apply for approval of an Advanced Training program as a conditional advanced trainee; or
  • interrupt or discontinue your training
