Counselling Course
The tertiary counselling course of Lifeline Course is recommended. Successful completion of a university genetics course or equivalent, which covers at least:

segregation analysis, linkage analysis

statistical approaches to risk interpretation

cytogenetics

biochemical genetics

molecular genetics

community genetics including principles and practice of screening

teratology, developmental genetics.
