What is the Foundation?


As the philanthropic arm of the RACP, the RACP Research and Education Foundation works to support our young talented physicians and trainees in the critical, early stages of their career in medical research and education.  The Research and Education Foundation was established in 1991 to raise funds for the Royal Australasian College of Physicians' Medical Research Awards Scheme. Since its establishment the Foundation has attracted generous support from a broad section of the community. Strong support from the College Fellowship has also allowed the Foundation to attract crucial donations from private and corporate donors.

The management of the Foundation is vested in the Board. The members of the Board are:
