Past Exam Papers from previous FRACP Written Examinations are available under Examination Results & Information - available to RACP members only, you will need to login to access this area, if you are not logged in already.
Trainees are eligible to apply for the Written Examination once they have registered with the College and completed at least the equivalent of 24 months of satisfactory full-time Basic Training before the beginning of the clinical year in which the examination is undertaken.
Successful completion of the Written Examination is a pre-requisite for undertaking the Clinical Examination. Completion of both the Written and Clinical Examinations is a pre-requisite to moving into Advanced Training.
Candidates who are successful in the Written Examination have five years (59 months) in which to pass the Clinical Examination before being required to re-sit the Written Examination.
Access the Written Examination or Clinical Examination pages to view the important dates relating to both.
A downloadable version is available from the home page of the Basic Training Portal.
