About Us

The Educational Research & Evaluation Unit undertakes various research and evaluation projects to inform and drive developments in the educational programs of the College. The Unit is also involved in systematic monitoring and evaluation of  key educational areas by assessing trainees’, supervisors’ and other key stakeholders’ perspectives on various aspects of our training programs.

Our key areas of work include:

• Identifying strengths and areas for improvement in Basic and Advanced Training programs
• Qualitative and quantitative evaluation of various educational tools
• Review of the Divisional Written and Clinical Examinations
• Conducting literature reviews to provide evidence base for current and future educational interventions
• Reviewing College wide programs and resources
• Providing training and support to the Fellows, trainees and staff members in conducting specific research and evaluation projects.
