Transition arrangements to support the introduction of the PREP Program: Physician Readiness for Expert Practice
As 2009 is a transitional year for PREP Trainees, a degree of flexibility in training requirements will be permitted. This will enable the various learning and formative assessment tools to be implemented in stages and for Supervisors and Trainees to become familiar with their use.
It is College policy that no Trainee will in any way be disadvantaged during this period of transition.
