Education and Training Overview

The Australasian Faculty of Public Health Medicine (AFPHM) is committed to achieving a high standard of population health through the training and continuing professional development for members.

The Faculty has a new Education Program based around a new comprehensive list of competencies for Public Health Medicine and a new CPD Program. These new programs are supported by online developments in the Advanced Training Portal for Trainees and the MyCPD (AFPHM) Program for Fellows.

The Faculty is committed to providing support to members and future members of our Faculty at all stages in their career. This section of the website is designed to provide information and resources for Fellows and trainees of the Faculty, as well as for health professionals who are interested in specialising in Public Health Medicine.
