To comply with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (WGE Act), the College is required to provide an annual report on the gender composition of the workplace to the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (Agency). The 2013 report follows a pre-determined format which the College has populated and submitted to the Agency on 16 May 2013.
Comments provided to the College or the Workplace Gender Equality Agency during the 28 days after the report has been submitted, will to be taken into account and may require the College to provide additional information to the Agency, and by the Agency in requesting additional information to assist in assessing compliance with the WGE Act.
