College Research Committee

The College Research Committee (CRC) guides the College Research Strategy, which provides a blueprint to guide the development of a research investment and policy framework through articulating clear direction and priorities across:

  1. Clinical Research
  2. Early Career Researchers
  3. Education Methodology Research
  4. Health Services and Health Systems Research
  5. Research in College Priority Areas

The CRC promotes and supports research at the College and is responsible for:

  • the role of the College in the broad debate around medical research
  • our research priorities for Australia and New Zealand and how the College can contribute in its role
  • exploring collaborations with other research funding agencies
  • strategic priorities in relation to disbursement of funding available through the RACP Foundation

The CRC also assesses ethics applications for internal College activities that are negligible or low risk.
