The AFRM Accreditation Subcommittee manages the accreditation of rehabilitation medicine training settings for the AFRM Training Committee.
There is 1x position open for an AFRM Fellow who resides in Australia.
Time requirements for the position:
Members are required to observe 2x site accreditation teleconferences before they can become an assessor. Assessors must perform a minimum of 3x site accreditation teleconferences per year.
Additionally, the Committee holds 2 face-to-face meetings in Sydney and 3 teleconferences per year.
The College can offer CPD points and letters of support to assist with attendance to meetings and for conducting site accreditation teleconferences. See the RACP Travel Policy and Guidelines for information on reimbursement of travel expenses to attend face to face meetings and accreditation site visits.
Members are appointed to the Subcommittee for a term of 2 years with the option to renew for a further 2 terms.
