Expressions of interest are open for Aotearoa New Zealand Fellows to be a representative on the Gender Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in Medicine Advisory Committee (GEDMAC).

Description

Applicants should
  • provide relevant skills and expertise to the GEDMAC
  • not represent a select organisation
  • be prepared to devote the time to prepare for and attend GEDMAC meetings on a pro bono basis
  • demonstrate commitment to valuing equity, diversity, and inclusion

The GEDMAC will hold at least 3 meetings each calendar year, meeting by teleconference or videoconference unless the Fellowship Committee approves otherwise.

Meetings run for a maximum of 2 hours.
