The Advanced Training Committee (ATC) in Gastroenterology oversees the Advanced Training Program in Gastroenterology across the Adult Medicine and Paediatrics & Child Health Divisions.
The ATC responsibilities include:
The Advanced Trainee Representative is also responsible for communication between the Advanced Training Committee and Advanced Trainees in Adult Medicine and Paediatrics & Child Health Divisions.
The Advanced Trainee is appointed to the ATC for a 2-year term, which can be renewed for a further 2 terms or until the Advanced Trainee becomes eligible for Fellowship. The ATC holds 2 face-to-face meetings per year at the RACP Sydney office.
