The purpose is to produce a guidance document for relevant stakeholders to improve Workplace Health Safety (WHS) in the healthcare sector to benefit workers, employers, organisations and the community. Specifically, there is a gap in evidence-informed guidance available to health care workplaces, notably emerging during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Working Group commenced in June 2023, holds 3 meetings per year and is expected to conclude in 2025.
