In accordance with our Gender Equity in Medicine and Membership Diversity principles, we actively promote and encourage diverse representation in all College activities.
The ATC are seeking expressions of interest from first or second year Nephrology Advanced Trainees to join as the Advanced Trainee Representative.
The College recognises that trainees, as future Fellows of the College, have an important role in the College’s training program. As such, the College involves trainees in all areas of governance to represent their peers.
This is a great opportunity to share your trainee perspective and help improve communication between the ATC and Advanced Trainees.
As a Representative, you'll get to be involved and see how the training committee makes decisions to support trainees progress through their training.
For more information regarding the role and composition of the ATC, read the Terms of Reference (PDF).
Meetings are held 4 times per year with 1 face-to-face meeting, usually held in November.
Members are appointed to the ATC for a 3-year term and can be renewed for a further term or until the AT becomes eligible for Fellowship.
To apply, submit an expression of interest form (DOC) and your CV to Nephrology@racp.edu.au
