Late CPD Submissions

The MyCPD program is based on an annual calendar year cycle (1 January to 31 December), with records due by 31 March of the following year. The minimum annual CPD requirement is 100 credits.

The CPD unit sends out email reminders in February and March to remind Fellows of the approaching CPD deadline.

If your record is incomplete after the due date of 31 March, you will need to pay the late CPD submission fee in order for your MyCPD record to be re-opened. Once payment has been processed, your record will be re-opened until 31 July to allow you to complete it retrospectively.

The late CPD submission fee is $112.73+ GST. The fee is not a penalty, but rather an administration charge imposed by the RACP Board to defray the increased cost of re-opening the previous year’s CPD system to allow belated entry of data.

The late CPD submission fee can be paid over the phone by credit card, please call the CPD team on (02) 8247 6201 in Australia or (04) 460 8122 in New Zealand.

MyCPD records that remain incomplete after 31 July will be selected for mandatory CPD audit for the following year.
