About the program
The RACP Support Program is a fully confidential and independent help line available 24 hours, seven days — free for Fellows and trainees.
The RACP places the utmost importance on the wellbeing of its members. It can be difficult to balance the pressures of the workplace, interactions with colleagues and personal relationships.
To assist you the RACP has partnered with Converge International. Any information you supply to Converge is completely confidential between you and your consultant.
The program provides members with access to confidential counselling, coaching and support for workplace and personal issues. You can arrange to speak directly with a consultant face-to-face, over the phone or via the internet.
The RACP Support Program is funded by RACP and is free to members up to four sessions per year.
