College Research Strategy
The RACP Health and Medical Research Strategic Plan 2014-18 (PDF 1MB) (College Research Strategy) provides a blueprint to guide the development of the RACPs’ research investment and policy framework over the next three to five years from 2014, and to promote and advocate for the support of research. The College Research Committee (CRC) developed the College Research Strategy in 2013. The strategy includes core outcomes, operating principles and drivers of success for Research.
The College Research Strategy identifies a clear vision for the RACP. It recognises the RACP as a respected supporter and enabler of high quality health and medical research that is sustainably funded and has a positive impact on the health and well-being of individuals and the community.
The CRC is currently developing priority actions, initiatives and timing in relation to the strategy. One of the priorities for the CRC to consider going forward is how the College may advocate and support concepts and ideas put forward in the McKeon Review.
