What support can the RACP provide for my event?

Online video conferencing

Online video conferencing is a platform that uses the internet to connect to live meetings and events.

Email if you are interested in using this option. RACP staff will coordinate your integration into the meeting or event.

The RACP Events team recommends that you test the software before the meeting so that any issues can be identified and technical support provided.

What will I need?

  • Webcam, This can be inbuilt or USB
  • Microphone, This can be inbuilt or USB
  • Headphones
  • A strong and reliable internet connection

Can the RACP supply me with a webcam?

If you do not have a webcam, and are required to attend meetings frequently, contact your Committee Executive Officer to ask the RACP to supply you with a webcam.
