Your RACP login is changing – multi-factor authentication is now live

Date published:
02 Oct 2020

The College has updated its online services to include multi-factor authentication (MFA) to increase the safety and security of your personal information kept within the College. MFA adds another layer to information security by using the Microsoft Authenticator application, SMS or a phone call to verify your identity.

MFA changes the way you log in to the College’s digital systems:

  • We will email you a new User ID that will be your username from now on
  • If you have a strong password, you can continue using it
  • If your password is not strong, you’ll get a ‘one-time’ password with your new User ID. Keep your new User ID but change your password to something secure and memorable.

MFA was introduced yesterday, 1 October 2020.

After you next log in you will receive an email with your new User ID (and one-time password, if required) as well as a link for you to set up your MFA, which should take no more than about five minutes.

See Secured member access for further information about this process.
