New resource for educators: Supporting the Mental Health of Trainees

The RACP has released a new resource to help supervisors and Directors of Physician Education support the mental health of their trainees. It includes useful guidance on how to recognise warning signs, appropriate action that can be taken, ways to promote wellbeing in the workplace, and information on support available from the RACP.
