The intersection of many Indigenous cultures, tropical medicine, remoteness and rich and diverse landscape of Central Australia, Katherine, Darwin and the Kimberly offers a unique, challenging and rewarding experience for trainee specialists.
The hospitals in these remote regions represent a central point of learning opportunities for registrars in the provision of healthcare to some of the most disadvantaged people in the country.
A number of training positions are available in these regions.
