Supporting Professionalism in Practice – The Framework in Action (PDF) is a new guide designed to support you in meeting the Professional Standards and assist you in reflecting on your practice and identifying areas for further improvement or focus.

The guide can be used as a supplementary tool to support your Continuing Professional Development requirements, particularly in:

Category 2: Reviewing Performance, e.g.:

developing a Professional Development Plan
individual or group peer review of practice

Category 3: Measuring outcomes, e.g.:

identifying the importance of a commitment to collect, analyse, and use clinical data and patient feedback to guide and improve practice.
