Proposed Constitutional Changes
The Board is proposing amendments to the College Constitution at a forthcoming general meeting. A high level diagrammatic summary of the Governance Changes is also provided. We recommend members read the Member Consultation Information paper as it informs the proposed changes.
The Member Consultation Information document forms the basis for the Boards consultation events with the membership. Members are asked to provide feedback on this document.
The Member Consultation Information document for Constitutional changes was approved by the majority of the Board on 17 May 2025. One director, the President-elect, doesn't support the proposed changes.

Consultation events on Constitution Changes
The Board will hold consultation meetings with members to discuss the proposed changes to the Constitution. These events will take place on:
