Description
WA Country Health Service is accepting applications to fill General Medicine Registrar positions at various hospital locations, including Albany, Broome, Bunbury, Geraldton and Northam. These positions are available on a fixed term full-time, fixed term part-time appointments for 6 to 36 months commencing in February 2026, with the possibility of extension(s).

Remuneration
- Salary range: $152,757 to $460,699 pa including base salary, professional development allowance and 12% superannuation.
Essential qualifications
- Positions are subject to a Western Australian Working With Children (WWC) Check. For further information please refer to the WWC website at: workingwithchildren.wa.gov.au
- WA Health engages staff in positions of trust and responsibility. WA Health policies require applicants to undertake criminal records screening and integrity checking as part of the appointment process. Referees may also be asked to comment on an applicant’s integrity and past demonstration of ethical behaviour.
- Proof of citizenship and residency status- copy of passport and copy of current visa OR Australian birth certificate.
- Evidence of English language skills registration standard (if applicable).
- Two recent Referee Nominees or End of Term Assessments
- AMC Certificate and exam result (if applicable)
