  • Total Indicative Remuneration Salary MD-2 $365,798 - $713,692 p.a. (pro rata) (Subject to private practice agreement)
  • Permanent part-time working 18.74 hours per week

We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Consultant in Immunology and Allergy to join our dynamic Clinical Immunology and Allergy unit.

In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering safe, high-quality clinical services to both inpatients and outpatients, providing expert care to those referred to our unit.

You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the implementation of best practice standards in patient care, while also contributing to the development and improvement of clinical services.

This is a unique opportunity to influence the growth and evolution of clinical immunology and allergy services, ensuring exceptional outcomes for our diverse patient group. 

Essential qualifications 

We're looking for a Consultant in Immunology and Allergy who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and advancing the field. 

  • Qualifications: MBBS (or equivalent) and appropriate specialist qualifications with registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Authority.
  • Experience: Proven experience in the clinical practice of Immunology and Allergy, quality improvement activities, and clinical research/trials.
  • Skills: Strong clinical excellence, professional integrity, effective communication, and ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Knowledge: Specialist-level understanding of Immunology and Allergy, clinical standards, policies, and quality improvement principles.
