  • Multiple full-time temporary from 2 February 2026 
  • Duration of the training program: 24 months from 2 February 2026 

Essential qualifications

You're a dedicated and compassionate medical professional with the qualifications, experience, and interpersonal skills needed to thrive in a dynamic healthcare environment. You bring a patient-centred approach, sound clinical judgement, and a commitment to quality care.

  • Qualifications and experience – Bachelor of Medicine (or equivalent) registrable with AHPRA, with appropriate post-graduate experience and competency in routine ward-based procedures
  • Clinical knowledge – up-to-date understanding of contemporary medical practices, treatments, and investigations, along with sound knowledge of occupational health and equal opportunity principles
  • Communication and teamwork – strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate empathetically and effectively with patients and their families
  • Adaptability and problem-solving – demonstrated ability to make sound clinical decisions under pressure, adapt positively to change, and uphold high standards of patient care and safety
