This is a unique opportunity to join our Maternity and Gynaecology Medical Team at the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Network!

As the Consultant GP Obstetrician (or Specialist Obstetrician, you'll be part of the Medical Leadership Team, working with dedicated health care staff in the pursuit of providing of providing exceptional obstetrics and gynaecological services to our community.

In this role you'll

• play a critical role in ensuring that all accreditation standards are achieved within the service
• provide mentoring, teaching and clinical development of other Obstetrics and Gynaecology Medical Officers Medical Officers and support the development of the multi-disciplinary team across the Obstetrics and Gynaecological service.

Your role will be pivotal in the input of ensuring best practice standards in care, and whilst doing so you will ensure that the department continues to strive for excellence in care, first time, every time.

• Are you passionate about Obstetrics and want to lead best practice in your speciality whilst working with and guiding a team of likeminded colleagues?
• Are you keen to use your leadership skills to assist in supporting a dedicated team focussed on ensuring we have patient centred systems and processes in place to provide the best possible care to all consumers using our obstetrics and gynaecological paediatric services?
• Do you consider yourself a change agent focussed on ensuring we meet best practice requirements for consumers, every time?
