As the Paediatric Consultant, you'll be part of the Medical Leadership Team, working with dedicated health care staff in the pursuit of providing exceptional paediatric services within our community.

In this role you'll

• play a critical role in ensuring that all accreditation standards are met to allow the Gawler Hospital to provide advanced and general basic training to both Paediatric and GP trainees
• you'll provide mentoring, teaching and clinical development of other Medical Officers and support the development of the multi-disciplinary team across the paediatric service. Y

Your role will be pivotal in the ongoing design and development of best practice standards in paediatric care, and whilst doing so you will ensure that the department continues to strive for excellence in care, first time, every time.

• Are you passionate about Paediatric medicine and want to lead best practice in your speciality whilst guiding a team of likeminded colleagues?
• Are you keen to use your high level leadership skills to lead a dedicated team focused on ensuring we have patient centred systems and processes in place to provide the best possible care to all consumers using our paediatric services?
