This role is a strategic leadership role within a comprehensive cancer service, encompassing medical oncology, haematology, radiation oncology, and palliative care.
You'll provide clinical governance, workforce leadership, and strategic direction across the service, while maintaining a negotiated clinical caseload; including oversight of Clinical Directors, engagement with research and education initiatives, and collaboration with JCU and national networks.

- Maintain clinical practice within negotiated scope
TCC is a tertiary referral service with advanced infrastructure including MRI Linac and HDR brachytherapy; committed to integrated, patient-centred care and continuous improvement through research and education.
Essential qualifications
- Fellowship of a relevant specialist college and registration with AHPRA
- Demonstrated leadership in oncology or related disciplines
- Experience in clinical governance and service development
- Eligibility for Scope of Clinical Practice
