Description
Clinic 34 – Sexual Health Services is seeking interest from a Staff Specialist – Sexual Health for a 12-month fixed-term position starting on 1 September 2025.
The Staff Specialist will provide specialist clinical services of the highest possible standard to patients attending the Sexual Health Service, including outreach (Devonport Clinic 23) and advice to clinicians.
Essential qualifications
- Specialist or limited registration with the Medical Board of Australia in a relevant specialty Sexual health physician with AChSHM, RACP *
Desirable requirements
- Current Drivers Licence
- Holds a qualification recognised as a specialist medical qualification in accordance with the provisions of the Commonwealth/State Agreement on Mutual Recognition which is relevant to his/her appointment.
- Additional skills in the areas of Sexual Assault, Public Health, Men’s or Women’s Health
- Experience as a Sexual Health Physician.
