In accordance with our Gender Equity in Medicine and Membership Diversity and Inclusion principles, we actively promote and encourage diverse representation in all College activities.
The Regional and Rural Physician Aotearoa New Zealand Working Group (RRRPANZWG) will create a strategy to help achieve the College Council’s goal of better health outcomes for people in regional, rural, and remote areas of Aotearoa New Zealand.
The working group will report to the Aotearoa New Zealand Committee and deliver the plan by the end of Quarter 3, 2025 (October).
There will be an in-person workshop in Te Whanganui-a-Tara | Wellington in June to start the work. After that, the group will meet via video calls as needed until the end of October.
