You're a passionate and experienced medical leader, ready to contribute to the strategic direction of a major clinical program. With fellowship of a relevant college and registration as a specialist medical practitioner (or equivalent), you bring a wealth of clinical and leadership experience.

Monash Health is reimagining the way care is led and delivered. As part of our refreshed organisational structure, we are seeking a dedicated Deputy Program Medical Director to support the leadership of the Specialty Medicine Program.

This role works closely with the Program Medical Director and plays a key part in:

• Driving quality and safety initiatives, including risk management, incident reviews, and accreditation standards
• Leading development and wellbeing of junior medical staff, with a focus on training, career pathways, and leadership
• Supporting major clinical redesign projects and strategic improvements in patient experience and performance
• Representing the Program in key leadership forums and acting for the Program Medical Director when required
• Contributing to research activities and strategic planning aligned with Program objectives

This is a pivotal leadership role that will shape the future of care delivery across a diverse and impactful portfolio.
