One of the main roles of the Advanced Training Committee in Neonatal and Perinatal Medicine (NPM) is to monitor and assess individual trainee progress in NPM for Australasia.
This is a great opportunity for Fellows who are willing to support current NPM Advanced Trainees and the training program. In this role, you'll help shape the physicians of the future and positively contribute to the direction, workforce and culture of NPM in Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.

You'll be involved in reviewing and monitoring of the training program requirements, assessment and curricula in consultation with the relevant Specialty Society(ies) and other stakeholders, and recommend changes to the College Education Committee, via the Paediatrics Division Education Committee.
The ATC holds 1 face-to-face meeting (usually in November) and 1 video conference a year.
Members are appointed to the ATC for initial 3-year term, with the option to renew another term.
