Expressions of Interest are open for a General Member to join the Adult Medicine Divisional Written Examination Committee.

Description

The Divisional Written Examination Committee, Adult Medicine, designs, maintains, and develops the Divisional Written Examination. The Committees engages in quality improvements of the DWE, recommending policy and assessment changes to the College Assessment Committee. Additionally, the Committee carries out analysis of written and practical data on the DWE, overseeing the writing of the examination questions and developing a blueprint of the written examination that is aligned with the Basic Training curricula.

The General Member is responsible for providing strategic input, recommendations, and advice on behalf of candidates and fellows to the Adult Medicine Divisional Written Examination Committee.

Applicants should be prepared to attend up to four meetings per year, with one face to face meeting held in Sydney each year. Applications are welcome from across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand Adult Medicine Division.   

The position will be appointed for an initial term of three years, with opportunity for renewal.
