The OTP Assessment Committees play a key role in assessing overseas trained physicians, helping determine who is eligible to practice in Australia.
As part of this process, you’ll help assess OTPs in Palliative Medicine. This may involve an interview to clarify the OTP’s qualifications, training and experience, as well a request for additional information related to the OTP’s specialist assessment application.

You’ll be contacted when interviews in Palliative Medicine are scheduled. Dates and times are based on the availability of committee interviewers. If you're not available, another specialist will be contacted. If you confirm your availability, please commit to attending—last-minute cancellations can cause significant delays for OTP applicants.
