In accordance with our Gender Equity in Medicine and Membership Diversity and Inclusion principles, we actively promote and encourage diverse representation in all College activities.
The reviewers will particularly assist with the Research Entry Scholarships and Travel Grants for 2026.
The CRGC is a skills-based committee comprising members of the former Grants Advisory and the College Research Committees. It includes representatives of each of the College Divisions and Faculties. The group’s key role is to conduct the review of applications for funding from the RACP Foundation Research Awards and Grants program, and to determine appropriate recipients for each award offered.
To ensure equity in gender, specialty representation, and diversity on review panels, additional reviewers are needed to assist the CRGC with the assessment of the applications received. In 2024 over 200 applications were received across the research categories.
Reviewers in collaboration with the CRGC will grade an allocated number of submissions according to the current RACP Foundation guidelines and processes for the individual Award categories.
The review period is from 30 July to 10 September 2025 depending on the award category.
Reviewers assisting in the review process may need to be available to discuss their grading via Zoom at the CRGC meeting to be held 6-7 November 2025
