The RACP is seeking expression of interest (EOI) on becoming a SPDP facilitator for our face-to-face or virtual 3-hour workshops, and/or our 5-week online courses.
SPDP is a high-quality training program designed for current RACP trainee supervisors. It strengthens their skills and strategies to effectively guide and support trainees.
SPDP facilitators are volunteer Fellows interested in medical education who enjoy leading skill-based workshops with their peers. By drawing on supervisory experience and professional expertise, facilitators create practical, relevant and engaging learning experiences that support and strengthen the skills of supervisors.
Facilitators plan, manage, and guide the SPDP workshops with the support of RACP staff and resources.
