Noho Marae Experience - Change Collaborative

Whaiwhia te kete Mātauranga - fill the basket of knowledge.

A two-day, immersive Te Ao Māori experience for health leaders. This programme is designed to develop clinical leader knowledge and confidence in Te Ao Māori.

The programme will encompass elements of tikanga, reo and te Tiriti in a safe and practical manner. It aligns to the Change Collaborative purpose to help individuals and teams be better, calmer and more confident leaders and managers. As always, the learning journey is best shared with others – learning from each other as well as faculty and speakers.

The marae experience provides an authentic and immersive environment in which to expand your leadership knowledge and safely practice new skills and Te Reo. This course brings practical experience to develop leadership in the context of implementing the organisation’s purpose in a manner that respects Te Tiriti o Waitangi and the spirit of partnership.
