National Brain School
The National Brain School Series is a neurology advanced trainee resource. It runs on the second Wednesday of every month (February to November) from 2pm to 5pm. Brain School is restricted to those accepted into advanced training via the ANZAN matching process.
Presenters speak on their specialty area using case vignettes, often including video, neurophysiology, imaging or pathology as part of their presentations. The session moderator encourages group discussion.
Sessions can be viewed via videoconference.
Presentations are recorded and accessible for two weeks after the session only via the members area of the ANZAN website.

Paediatric Brain School
Paediatric Brain School is a lecture series run by collaboration between the Australian and New Zealand Child Neurology Society (ANZCNS) and the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP), which commenced in 2021. The lecture series spans 3 years with the aim of providing didactic teaching for paediatric neurology advanced trainees within Australia and New Zealand and is based around the paediatric neurology curriculum.
The series aims to provide trainees with the background theoretical knowledge around common and important issues within paediatric neurology, adding practical knowledge to help them tackle difficult situations on the ward and emergency department, as well as preparing them for future life as a paediatric neurology consultant.

Kidney School
The Kidney School series is hosted by the Australian and New Zealand Society of Nephrology (ANZSN).
Supporting the self-learning goals of nephrology trainees, Kidney School sessions are held on the third or fourth Tuesday of the month (February to November) from 6.30pm - 7.30pm.
These sessions are delivered via videoconference. Presentations are recorded and can be accessed through the ANZSN’s Kidney eLearning Hub.

Hormone School
This series of monthly one hour lectures is aimed at Endocrinology Advanced Trainees and Fellows. Sessions run monthly on a Tuesday from 6:00pm to 7:00pm.
