Clinical Leaders' Course - Change Collaborative

The Clinical Leaders' Course focuses on developing leadership skills, increasing system influence, and cultivating a trusted peer network. Participants engage in team-based case studies, applying theory to real-life examples to plan and navigate change while mastering conflict management.

Throughout dynamic classroom sessions, participants gain insights into:
