Hands-on, clinically focused ultrasound training for paediatric care.
Ultrasound plays an increasing role in paediatric practice — from assessing unwell children quickly to guiding procedures safely. But scanning paediatric patients brings unique challenges: smaller anatomy, limited acoustic windows, and a constantly moving target.
This Paediatric Ultrasound Course is designed for clinicians who want to integrate point-of-care ultrasound (PoCUS) into everyday paediatric care. Whether you’re working in a children’s ward, emergency department, or rural setting, the course focuses on practical skills that support timely diagnosis, procedural confidence, and appropriate referral when further imaging is needed.
Across 5 days of theory, demonstration and scanning practice, you’ll develop foundational skills in lung, GI, renal, soft tissue, cardiac and procedural ultrasound — using live models and phantoms to build confidence in common clinical scenarios.
