Registration

If you're a new or existing advanced trainee in one of the 6 new curricula programs, there may be changes to how you register for training. See below to find out if these changes affect you.

Registration changes to new curricula programs

How you register for training is changing if you're a new year 1 (2025) or a year 2 advanced trainee in one of the following new curricula programs:

  • Cardiology (Adult)
  • Paediatric Cardiology
  • Gastroenterology
  • Geriatric Medicine
  • Nephrology
  • Rehabilitation Medicine (Adult)

All other advanced trainees will continue to register following their PREP curricula and program requirements.

New trainees starting from 2025

If you're a new trainee starting in Advanced Training in these programs from 2025, you'll follow the new curricula and use the Training Management Platform (TMP) to manage Learning, Teaching and Assessment requirements.

You'll need to submit an application in TMP to apply for your RACP training program.

Log in to TMP

New Rehabilitation Medicine (Adult) trainees who don't yet have a RACP User ID and password will need to complete a new user form before accessing TMP.

Need help with TMP? Contact us or visit the support hub for more information.

Existing trainees who started in 2024

If you're an existing trainee who started in Advanced Training in these programs in 2024, you'll follow the new curricula and use the Training Management Platform (TMP) to manage Learning, Teaching and Assessment requirements.

You won't need to register, as you'll automatically be migrated to TMP and will find your training program details available in TMP when you log in.
