The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Committee (ATSIHC) was established to strengthen the RACP’s capacity to develop a coordinated College approach to improving the health and social outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in Australia.

Key initiatives
From 2018 to 2028, we're developing and implementing strategic initiatives to improve health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
A guide developed for the health sector stakeholders to promote and support equitable access to specialist care for Australia's Indigenous peoples.
