Member Journey Mapping Project update

Stage Two of the Member Journey Mapping Project is nearing completion. This stage focuses on conducting qualitative research with a diverse group of members, to better understand the life of a physician, right from making the decision to join the RACP, through to retirement.
The findings from this stage are being analysed and synthesised into key themes, which will be used in the next stage of the project – Stage Three: Developing a Member Journey Map.
In Stage Three, co-design workshops will be held with members and College staff to review the insights so far and generate ideas for how the College might improve the member experience, now and in the future.
