We believe that your health and wellbeing matter.

As doctors, you dedicate your lives to improving the health of others – but often, this commitment comes at the cost of your own wellbeing.

To help address this, we invite you to join our upcoming webinar: Practical Wellbeing Interventions for Individuals and Organisations on Wednesday, 6 August 2026 at 4pm to 5pm AEST.

Building on the success of our February session, this webinar will deliver fresh insights and evidence-based strategies to support your personal wellbeing and strengthen your work-life balance.

This interactive session will be facilitated by Dr Susannah Ward, Chair of the RACP Member Health and Wellbeing Committee (MHWC), and Dr David Beaumont, Deputy Chair of the MHWC.

You’ll also hear from expert speakers:

  • Dr Alexandra Muthu – Australasian Faculty of Occupational and Environmental Medicine Physician

  • Dr Anne Frankl – Master Certified Physician Development Coach

Together, the panel will explore real-world wellbeing challenges and offer actionable strategies to support your health, professional practice, and ongoing development.
